I have spoken with number of solar companies around Southern River, Perth and most of them quoted with cheap quality panels and inverters for my home. Then I contacted Sunrun Solar, I was dealing with Tarak and he gave me plenty of information and understanding of what would suit our needs. He explained me why good quality panels and inverter are necessary when installing solar system on our roof. He also explained why to have a inverter which is battery compatible. The price was not that high but was not cheap as other people who just wants to install junk to people's roof. I have got 20 Tier 1 panels and SMA inverter which is a Germany made. I I am very happy with the quality of installation and performance my solar system. I am now eager to see the saving effect on my energy bills. I highly recommend Sunrun Solar to all the people wanting to save money for electricity.

Great service and an excellent, professional job. We had the 6Kw system installed and it works fantastic. The guys installed it very professionally and we couldn't be any happier. Our first Electricity bill following installation was $30 for our house, (usually around $250) and a credit of $80 for our shed. And the panels were only installed halfway through that billing cycle. I can't wait to see what the next bill is.

We got a 3.3Kwh (12 panels) with 2 Enphase batteries installed last December. Great service and advise throughout the process and great follow-up after installation. Smooth and fast installation. System works very nicely, easy to monitor daily via mobile phone apps or on computer. Can only recommend Tarak from Sunrun Solar for his professionalism and his team!

First class job from Tarak and his team. Excellent installation from Martin and his crew. I sent many questions to Tarak about options for panels and choice of inverter. All questions were answered promptly and professionally. All interactions were via email, SMS and phone. I believe this keeps costs down and Tarak can manage the operation very efficiently. I was nervous that the whole process seemed too efficient to be true. The only delay was 15 minutes, when Martin sent an SMS to say the traffic was delaying him. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended. I will stay in touch for the installation of batteries once Tarak has decided it will be a cost-effective process.

Great friendly service followed by promises fulfilled. After getting a quote on site from another company who just pressured to sign on vague promises and quite frankly a lot of BS. Ravi at sunrun was professional, helpful and had great service right from the get go. Their installation team arrived on the allotted day and time and were very professional, neat and cleaned up after themselves. The followup to make sure we were happy has also been great. I would VERY highly recommend Sunrun solar if you want all round service and quality.

We have installed 6.4KW (22 x 290watts) panels with a 5kw Sungrow Hybrid Inverter and 6.5 LG Chem battery with Sunrun in late July. We are very happy with their excellent customer service. The installers were polite, professional and have great knowledge about solar products. Thanks to Tarak and Julian for their great help! Definitely recommend anyone who consider panels to have a chat with them!

Our first solar system was installed 8 years ago was a total dud, so we were very cautious this time. Sunrun Solar were extremely professional and were only one of two companies out of 6 to correctly configure our new system with micro inverters and panels only on north facing roofing. We elected to go with LG Panels and Enphase micro inverters. We love the on-line monitoring which updates every 15 minutes. We can monitor what the kids are doing day and night whilst we are away from home or overseas. The job was completed on time and the guys tidied up. They promptly returned a month later to check out a roof leaking problem, which turned out to be un-related to their work, but as a courtesy, they fixed it whilst on the roof. We highly recommend Sunrun Solar.

Initial review at this stage upon installation and activation. Of 3 quotes, Sunrun Solar were the only guys that without prompting suggested placement of the solar panels to the rear of the house as I wanted, to avoid potential shading from a tree out the front. They were also the cheapest of the 3 too. The team were pleasant to deal with, answered the questions I had, discussed options available (including provision for storage later), installed on-time and within short time frame, neat install job, inverter in convenient place, all very good. 6kw system, producing good power. The real-time monitoring via the Fronius app (either phone or web-site) of PV array power generation, self-consumption and grid power utilisation and feed-in works quite well. Overall would very highly recommend them. They were prompt, pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, neat and tidy and on-time job with good support available post install.

Everything is working really well and and I am very happy. After installation, Tarak was still friendly and patient to answer my questions of how to connect to public grid. Fantastic professional service from Ravi and Tarak. From the initial phone calls and emails Ravi and Tarak were knowledgeable, patient, supportive and shared a good sense of humour as we battled to understand what going solar meant for us! I have done a lot of research and contacted different company. SunRun Solar was not doing Pushy deals. Gave lot of time to think whether to go ahead or not. I have never interacted with sales person as good as Ravi Thakkar. Installed 4kw REC panels almost $2000 less than another company offered. The way they do the work is beyond word. I had water solar heating system at the roof and they suggested to put a space for the access. Another company was not even bothered about the position of the heater system and they want to put the maximum panels and blocking the access to heater panel. If some company push for on the spot discount on same day, please note that there is something hidden in the deal. But the way Sun Run handle a customer is a learning to all. The installation team also did a great job. Not even a single tiles was replaced. Even though the day of installation was raining , they completed the work as soon as possible. My system was up and running in 4 working days after installation. They have forwarded all the paper work to my energy provider for feed in . You will be before hand itself informed about the total expense and will not have any surprise at later stage.

Sunrun Solar out classed all other companies ! We have contemplated solar for some time but got so confused with so much 'sales-spin' from other people that we held off . In the end I had a fair idea of what system we needed, but our roof space was a challenge, so again we got crazy prices of 'extras'. Thank goodness that I found Sunrun and read lots of reassuring reviews !! Ravi quoted with no fuss offering the best price of 4 quotes of identical product . He and Tarak come out to confirm the system set up. Installation was done with in 2 weeks. Installers were great giving our roof layout was difficult , fitting 16 x Jinko 290W and Emphsae micro inverters. The ‘My Enphase’ online app is great to track the systems operation Best experience of a high level of service from ALL at Sunrun Solar !! Thanks for you help Tarak and team .
